Magazine design: The Return™

February 10, 2010

I’m currently working on a hush-hush project that has got me all excited, after working on White Dwarf for three years, I’m back in the saddle of magazine design.
I’m hoping to be able to post some images of layouts once I get approval from the client, so stay tuned…

Understanding how logos work

October 20, 2009

The stars have truly aligned for me this past couple of days. I’ve been helping a friend of a friend (actually, a friend of my wife’s, but there you go) to do some design work for a ‘project’ (will be posting the artwork as soon as it’s finalised) and one of the things they wanted was a new logo design. Wedding plans – almost there!

February 27, 2009

Viv and I are off to Kinsale next week to finalise the details for our wedding in July.
We’ll be sorting out where everyone is staying in the cottages dotted around the venue, and sampling some cakes before deciding which one we want for the big day.
I would attach a link to the wedding venue but as Viv […]
